We ordered cookies from Alissa and it was such a great experience. She was quick with her response and very knowledgeable. When we received our cookies not only were they beautiful but they tasted so good and it was so fresh. The details on the cookies took so much precision and you could see they took the time to complete each one!! Our experience with Batter & Bake has been amazing every time.
The cakes are light and fluffy, the icing absolutely creamy and delicious and orders are made according to client specifications. Ingredients are always fresh and top quality but the most important ingredient cannot be bought. It's the gift and commitment of the chef in charge. I had the pleasure of working with Alissa to create a cake for my daugther's 12th birthday. What a wonderful experience! She created a beautiful cake in her favorite shade of pink. Not only was it beautifully decorated, but it was absolutely delicious. Full flavored and perfectly moist. My daughter loved the delicious candied chocolate surprise in the middle of the cake. My guests young and old loved it and even the pickest eater enjoyed it.
