I am the proud owner and dedicated baker at Batter & Bake.

At a very young age, my love for baking ignited a passion within me. I harboured a dream of one day establishing my own bakery, and today, I am taking concrete steps toward realizing that dream by attending George Brown College for their Baking and Pastry Arts program.

The journey has been both exciting and challenging, as I immerse myself in the art and science of creating delectable pastries and baked goods. George Brown College provides me with a comprehensive education, refining my skills and deepening my understanding of the intricate world of baking.

My commitment to excellence is reflected in every creation that comes out of Batter & Bake. I believe in using the finest ingredients, infusing creativity into every recipe, and paying meticulous attention to detail. Through my studies and hands-on experience, I am continually honing my craft to bring you the highest quality baked goods.
